About Me.........
I Started tattooing in 1991 when I had the opportunity to apprentice under Angelina Kretchmer, owner of Cosmic Rainbow Art Tattoos in Rochester, NY. She taught me all the different aspects of tattooing, from it's philosophies, to sterilization. She opened up a whole new world for me and I will be eternally grateful for her patience in teaching me! In 1996, I decided to pack my bags and move to New Kensington, where through much love from my family and many friends,but mostly, a big loan from my brother, Rick, I opened Sylvester's, and haven't looked back since. My Clientele opens new worlds for me every day now! I feel like I have the best job in the world. I meet great people and get to share in the creation of something they will wear forever, and that is truly a privilage! The move from new kensington out to the country has been totally positive. i love the laid back atmosphere , and the fact that everyone around here knows everyone else. my clientele is expanding and moving towards bigger and bigger work. i love to create custom , one of a kind tattoo designs, specifically for my customers. and i love to travel and tattoo, so wherever you are, drop me a line.
